MT.COOK VILLAGE/AORAKI:
Pass the Tasman Valley sign on right, and
take the next right to Hooker
Valley/Campsite, where DOC have a large well
set up arrangement, flush toilets, filtered
drinking water, rubbish and recycling.
Plenty of parking, and can be quite full at
times.
It can be really magic if
you are lucky to have blue skies and a
smattering of snow to highlight the scenery.
Walks. You need the DOC
“Walks around Aoraki/Mt.Cook
Village” as a guide.
