Marfells Beach: Heading S on SH1, 30km from Blenheim, you will pass the salt Production Lake Grassmere, then follow the signpost out to the DOC Camp on the beachfront. Some very good sites, on a safe swimming beach, and along to the right, at low tide, you can gather green lip mussels from the rocks.
